Our fast Probate services are ideal for uncomplicated applications, for any complex situations, contact us to determine the best service for your needs.

To get started, ensure you have all the necessary documents and information ready at least two business days prior to your appointment.

You can either utilize our Probate Checklist or simply gather each of the following documents and information:

  • Death Certificate
  • Last Will (if any)
  • Details about the deceased person’s assets and liabilities at the date of their death
  • Contact details of the executor(s)

 

When you attend your appointment, we will already have your application prepared based on the information provided. You’ll simply need to sign the application, and we’ll proceed to lodge it at the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

 

If visiting our office is not feasible, we can arrange a mobile service (for a fee of $100 for each signatory in the metro) where one of our lawyers can meet you at your location to witness your signature.

After lodging your application, the Court typically takes 4 to 6 weeks to process and issue the Grant.

We’ll then reach out to help you collect the Grant in person or have it sent to you securely via registered post.
